twist the speedos trip button to the right.
well you need to tell us if it has ABS not what the car is, it was an option and a crap one, ones with ABS rarely stop unless a tree or wall stops them. |

well the fronts were performance discs and green stuff pads were fitted in july but it was sitting since august i replaced the back pads on sat
Its quite cool actually i have also a 16v cabriolet although the steering rack when so i was shopping about on ebay and found this
"A williams blue R19, 1.8, 16v. my pride and joy. no tax or mot, however will pass. unfinishable project (ran out of money). J reg, full service 2 weeks ago. mechanically sound, expect gear box*, rear quater a little rust, only part on car with rust.most reciepts.
very low miles, 67,000 genuine! full De-cat stainless system, 17 inch alloys X 4 new tyres, power flow filter, Kent Cams, ported and polished, supachipped, new haed and gaskets, cambelt, tarox brakes, greenstuff pads, leather int. all electics, head unit tapedeck and 6 cd disk changer, standed components.
*also avaliable donor car for spares, (including gear box, spare leather int., exhaust, and glass!), same year and colour, at no extra cost.(buy one get one free!!!)"
so i basicly thought i could use the donor for the steering rack and fix the other to drive for now!!
I won the auction for £341.57!!! The funny thing was when i towed the car home i relised the gearbox hadnt gone it was just the engine mounts!!! which made gear changes hard!! quite a result the all in itcost me around £500 to get the animal on the road and get the parts for my cabriolet. The only prob im having now isthe dam brakes!!! |
