right all my reno 19 16v the revs sit a bit hight ie over 1000rpm or at 1000 rpm when warm is this right?
also it sounds like its a bit grumpy on start up revs hunt if u like go up n down then settle after about 5 min of driving
any ideas why?

i was thinking that i no this is a silly question but waer on the down pipe is the lamba? ie is it in a easy reach place or not |

It's right at the bottom, just before it joins onto the cat. If you look underneath the car at where the cat is, and then look a bit further forward, you'll see it, screwed into the top of the downpipe. If that makes sense! |

they idle higher than that when cold ,thats what CTS is there for |

coolant temp sender.
Lambda only comes into it when at operating temp which if the senders dicky it will never be perceived as reached. |

well it dont drop below 100 rpm regardless of weather is cold or hot or nomal opp temp
so what do u think it is? |
