Been in chunk motor today down the motorway to max live, anyhow notice that it runnin just below the middle line all the time when driving a 75-80mph. Think it ready for a engine flush. ? |

wish my old one ran that hot. Used to sit under the 1st liune above 30 then when you got to about 90 it dropped down by 105 and about 5 mins driving it would be at the bottom of the gauge.
But flush the system through. Take the radiator out and hose from the engine side of the rad to the bumper side, this will remove dead insects etc and improve its efficiency. |

Yep just seen. Damm car's. Get wheel bearing done on the Valver then the GTS breaks, coolant was like mud tho' |

My TD since changing the engine always seems to go up 3/4 up the guage, not sure if its a dodgy sender or dud thermostat, i'll sort that once the 16v is on the road though and I have time to mess aroud with it. |

All done now, New pipe fitted cost £30. runnin much cooler now. |
