Just flushed out my coolant system of my Renault 19 as per my previous post on how to do it. Was scratching my head with some of the jubilee clips holding the hoses on. I am used to the type with the screw that you use a screwdriver on but these type had me lost. I have hopefully added a photo of the clip in place.

Get some jubilee clips and replace them.
Chances of getting them off without destroying them is very slim. |

sardine clips.
you can use a screwdriver to prise the folded over bits open then lift up the catch and it opens but you risk sliced fingers, easiest way is snip the head off it. |
