no it had to be right way up and within 0.18234982375 degrees of pure vertical to operate.
it will work upside, side on and so on.
Way I uusally check to see if their working is to remove it from the bracket leaving the manifold side still plumbed in and hold it up and look at it, you can see it moving about to keep the idle smooth. |

I can now verify that it works upside down. Looks damn tasty in it new position with its ickle k&n too |
