i tried my 172 with out the ABS last night, i love it! no interfeerance apart from about 50,000 lights come up and flash on the dash, the ABS kicks in wayy too early, i was suprised how much it took to get the wheels to actually lock!

yea well as soon as i plugged it back in the lights went out, im not going to do it in the winter, maybe in a trackday i'll whip the fuse out, and then in the summer, but not winter, i havent experienced winter driving yet, so i'd rather leave it in!

well since I got the clutch freed off and it can now drive. I reveresed it back to pick up a dropped socket.

The pedal when sitting still is awful, soft and you can hit the end.

So reversed it back touched the brakes dead halt, a lot sharper than I though I can tell you!

Same going forward, so it stops.

It has now driven a total of about 12 feet under its own power!

pedals soft as poo. But it did get a bit more pressure after I stopped the car.

Its nothing compared to the non ABS feel. but it stopped better than I thought, hurt me neck! lol

i stamped on it to prevent me hitting the red car, there was no need! lol
