you have to host the picture on the internet then copy/paste its url in between img tags [img] and the close it with [/img ]
for example
the url for a pic is - http://www.renault19.cz/galerie/foto/1.jpg
now put that between the [img ]and [/img] tags and the pic will be posted
good hosts for pictures are places like http://uploadit.org/ or http://photobucket.com/
once u have signed up (its free) all u do is upload the pics from ur computer to thier site and copy the url 
oh and by the way most image hosting sites prefer them in .jpg not .bmp
bmp files are usually 2 to 3 times larger than jpg files, so in relation to a site like this, for those still on 56k, the jpg image will load quicker than a bmp |
