I've just got some rear discs for the 19, and they have got an anti-corrosion coating on them (like all discs I assume). It says on the box to clean off the coating before you fit the discs, because otherwise the coating may contaminate your pads and make your brakes crap basically. But......it doesn't say what to clean the coating off with.
Just a cloth with nothing on? Soapy water? White spirit? Lol I have no idea |
