there taken from my phone last night so there not very clear
didnt have engine hoist or engine stand and dont know wether to buy them as i dont know if im keeping it yet
smallest valver engine in the world
drivers seats dirty but no rips

they bend a lot and never go back on right if the engiens fitted and not supported by a hoist. |

yeah, subframe twists a lot, thats the main reason I don;t recomend/do the clutches by levering down the back corner of it.
they are bad enough for cracks as standard without being stressed being removed. Its ok if you support the lot and unbolt all the bolts at the same time. |

I was goin to get a new one and get it stitch welded but i can't be arsed now
BTW if you order a new one from ren you need to get a dogbone mount with it, they've obviously changed the design |

you can get the right one. to convert to dog bone you neeed to weld the mout on the drivers strut etc.
Only the td's used the dogbone mount set up unless its a megane subframe.
megane 1.4 and 1.6 ph1 subframes are the same as the 19's.
stich welding the frames good way to strengthen it, also adding more/beefier triangular plates help. |

Valver do the gtt wheels fit on the front over the calipers? I thought the gtt alloys shape made em scuff. |

to be honest the subframes a bit fooked anyway before we took the engine out.along with gearbox 1 drive shaft and a list of other things.the wheels that are on it where just lying in the garage,it has gold coloured phase 1 wheels (not visable on the pics though) |

i forgot the gtt wheels didnt scrub on the front,but i never drove it out on the street,just the driveway |
