I've just taken the rear seats and seat belts from my clio... as I see it if I had seats with no belts it would fail yes?
So what happens if I have no seats and no seat belts? Do they pass my car as something else or do I have too put it all back in for it's MOT? |

If it's possible for someone to sit in the car without a belt that would be an MOT failure I imagine.
But if you take the seats out so nobody can sit there then I imagine you'll pass. |
