I'm trying to pick up a cheap clio for a girl as her first car... needs power steering is the only real demand.
Obviously I immediately thought Energy-engined Clio for female maintenace tolerance
This one looks quite good, and not too far away so we're going for a look this weekend...

yeah i appreciate i wont be able to get it for 100 tokens but she was planning on spending £2000 on a car, and I'm sure I can get it less than that! |

that red one is ideal.
1.2 don't bother.
1.4 rt is the one to go for. rt has leccy windows, central locking and the 6 speakers setup, radio andf ciggy lighter.
base models come with very little in some cases no radio or cig lighter.
Avoid automatics. |

Yeah almost all RT's came with power steering - I think some Ph1's came without it, but if you are looking at ph2's and 3's anyway then they all have them IIRC. |
