Been driving a megane classic all week. The front right wheel judders almost like it's not balanced properly but I have tried different wheels with no change at all. Anyone have any idea what it could be? If the tracking was out would it cause a judder? It's noticable from 30mph and gets really bad at 75/80mph.
Things I've done/tried:
-Tighthened brake disk bolts
-checked hub nut is tight
-changed wheels for ones I know are balanced |

If the tracking is out you would notice a wobble at about 50 and 80 mph |

That was quick that sounds about right then. Starts to wobble the wheel at 50ish and gets worse up to 80 and beyond. I'll book it in somewhere to get it sorted. |

Cheers,
Zed, wheels are balanced. Had them on my clio with no problems.
Chris, sounds about right. Some1 on RSC suggested the drive shaft might be bent, I think its probably something like this. The wheel in question came off the car once when the nuts failed so I guess something was bent then. |
