This is a plug for a friend of mine who lives in Swansea who offers polishing of basically anything made of ally. His name is Steve Cull.
He does a cracking job as you can see from the pics and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to get their wheels refurbed, he can get em like a mirror! also anything like plenum, rocker covers, no problem.
Here's a taster of some of his work plus a link to a couple of sites where he is hosting pics. Really worth checking out.

why dont your friend make up an auction on ebay for one of them manifolds or rocker covers ?? in that way he can post up all his pictures in one auction for advertising purposes ,i am sure that will attract a lot of attention and business |

TBH he's busy enough and doesn't need to.
To tell the truth he was glad to get that manifold out the way cos it was a right pain in the arse to do.
He's been doing a gearbox for someone else recently, but alloy wheel refurbing/polishing is his ideal choice of work, as it pays well for the time spent on it.
But of course if one of you lot wanted anything like this doing, I'm sure he wouldn't turn down a job. |

BB be prepared to spend a good few hundred.
You have to be serious as I'm not going to pester him for quotes when ppl were never really gunna buy anything anyway.
Wheels Leigh, for 4 wheels in the region of 200-300 i think. |
