chaps I used to subscribe to CCC which I found was a interesting and useful mag especially the tech stuff written by Dave Walker, as its no longer published what mags do people get in its place? And I don't mean MAX POOWER or FAST CAR because I have found them both very dull and based around the loud stereo brigade, and that is just not my scene.  |

if i buy a mag it is usually either Practical Performance Car, or Car Mechanics Mag or i have bought a few Retro Cars....depends what im buying them for...sometimes buy one thats just full of fast cars like ferarris just to see pics of sexy cars |

yeah I read autocar sometimes, again more for the fact of what I can't afford, lol but it would be nice to find a replacement for CCC.
where can you practical performance car as I don't remember seeing this in smiths. |

usually in the bigger ones...i get it from smiths...depends how well stocked ur smiths is i guess,...just go to ur biggest mag store. |

I havent bought a Car mag since 1993. The year I passed my test. Couldn't afford them after that, and now they are all Boobs'n'Bass (not that boobs are a bad thing)
But I agree there are not any proper mags out there!

absolutley the only trouble is I have the privalige of spending 5hrs a day on a train traveling to and from london. not only have I got 2 renaults but I work in london, sometimes I have to question my sanity.  |
