not a spot of rust on it, flew through the MOT
note the plate, which can be made to say 'Lisa' (the owner's name) easily
Nice wheel trims eh! |

well we got it for £250 as the clutch was proper knackered, barely managed to haul it home, slipping like fook all the way! Also the MOT only had a couple of weeks to run. The woman had bought another car already and they needed rid of it. Came with tax till end of november though
So I've replaced that, £50 - genuine valeo kit
Then after that it's just had all service items - filters, plugs, fluids, cambelt/waterpump and 2 new balljoints (needed 1 but I had 2 new ones lying about spare so i chucked them both on). While doing the work I discovered various other parts have been done recently as well - virtually new backbox, track rod ends etc.
Starts almost as well as your Red 19, only a quick blip of the starter required |

Oh, and a new steering rack gaiter, put one of those on it too. Again, one of my spares. |

so about 400 ish then? We are about the same but includes mot and tax.
good stuff, she like it?
nothing starts as quick as the red car. I used to think my old energy was a quick starter, nothing to that red car, the engine doesn't even rotate once and its running! lol |

Yeah, it's got the seal of approval.
Not keen on the green myself, but it's her car and she likes it.
I've not driven an energy before, very impressive, pulls up hills etc. really well. I'm quite surprised by the power too, nowhere near as slow as I was expecting. |

yeah the carb version pull better, especially at the top end.
That 1.2 we have, for a 1.2 its not half bad, flooring it in 5th at 40 you won't go snywhere, but drop down and stir the box and you can make good progress. |
