Hello, After returning to england after a few years abroad i was looking for a cheap car, after finding a 19 16 valve for sale for the grand sum of £350, i bought it....
So far in the last week your site has been an invaluable rescorce for me in sorting out the faults i have found with the car, both minor and major.
Next steps are to tidy up a few little bits of bodywork and fit the leather interior i purchased yesterday.
Once it is looking good i will be installing a killer ice system as i used to compete and judge for IASCA and i still have the bug.
Enough waffle...... GREAT SITE...

Sorry forgot to mention....

Its a 3 door hatch. Today it developed a lovely little fault on the way home from work, the rev counter kept cutting out.... quick trip to the breakers in Stock, Essex for a new one.. now fitted and ok.

Whilst there i found they had 2 cabby's 2 16v hatches and one 16v chamade, the chamade had a lovely looking full stainless sysytem on it too, for anyone thats interested.

Does anyone know of any good condition window rubbers/seals (the ones that go between the main panel of the door and the window) for sale as every set ive seen second hand has been rough

just as long as you don't take any bits off either the blue ph2 hatch or green ph2 cabby that may be parked outside, we'll get along fine lol
