That's a tips to remove air valve. With a bigger cartridge than head spring, u strike it, and fixation head spring go out Cool

But warning to spring....Maintain correctly the cartridge Wink

I used to have a polished fuel rail on my old black hatch.

Notice the inlet manifolds a clio one cos its a clio engine, no cold start injector location either.

Very oily, not seen one that bad before.

The mallets probably to remove the valves, if you stick a socket on it then wallp it the collets will ping off inside the socket that allows you to remove the valves, when it works which isn't often.

Yes that's right for the mallet ! (i can't spaek english better than u lol)

Engine is a clio ph1, but ph2's head with double valve's spring, much better Wink
For 5th injector, it's not ncessary beacause i put a R21 2.0l TURBO ECU and electrical wire (without 5th injector) Wink

Head's cleaning coming soon... Arrow but it's a long work !

all the F7P's I have seen run double valves springs, dialogies agree with this as well.

neil if I had a digi camera I could show a billion engines pics, whole engines, engines in bits, weird compnonets etc.
