Had to push a van the other day and while i got out of breath as quick as i used to i seemed to recover much quicker, which was nice.

Seem to have loads of loose cash in my pockets the whole time!

Nope she doesn't smoke, as a nurse she's completely against it!

Not really had a big test, been around the lads smokin a bit and i was fine.

Schakal the patches are half the price of 20 a day so don't be a tight arse!

20 a day? do people actually smoke that many?

isn't it like £4 for a pack?

so thats £4 a day 365 days a year???

WTF, not even a cheap hobby is it, I don't see what all the fuss is about tbh

I have given up this week, haven't had one since saturday last week. Only reason I gave up was because I couldn't be arsed to walk to the shops Laughing

Been really surprised struggled to sleep for two days but now I feel great. Funny thing is I don't really have any cravings and I've been 20 a day since I was 14....I'm now 21 Shocked Smile

Hmm 20 a day = 365 x £5 (average) = £1825

Probably an extra 20 a day when I went up the pub too so 52 weeks a year 2 days a week = 104 extra packs so 104 x £5 = £520

Total = 1825 + 520 = £2345 Shocked Foooooook

As well as the savings I've put on half a stone in two weeks Shocked Very Happy

Five weeks is pretty damn good mate keep going!
