the weather is not on my side this week, so i have been unable to do much but today the rain stoped for a few hours so i decided to have ago at sorting the boot lid, which i have now finished.

na, spoiler didn't need spraying, the 16v badge is from ebay for about £4

Don't like that 16v badge myself, seen it on too many Nova's and Paxos. Not very "Retro" Razz

I like it better than the original one, after all its only a small badge it doesn't really need to be retro Razz

i agree, but seeing as its black i like it, i dont really think it would suit many other colours.

well i have been busy over the last few days so here are some pics of the arch that needed some attention.

got that part sorted but the problem is tring to blend the paint which first off came from halford, but the match was crap, and was to bad to blend so i flattend it back a went and got some good matched paint, but the guy told me not to even try to blend it as met black can be one of the hardest paints to match and blend so his advice was spray the whole pannel, but use BARCOAT as an underlay to stop crazing, so on i went

then laquer and shine her up

also did the new front wing.

Not perfect but it will do, still lots of work to do and the sodding weather is getting worse Confused
