I got a bad cold the other week and I started to feel sick at the smell of them, so I quit.
It's a bit harder for Cherie as all her family smoke and have done all her life. She's being good though, she won't smoke in the house anymore because of the baby.
Oh yea, they both came home today. |

i gave up just over two years ago...had my last one new years eve 2003.
never had a problem, just said to myself, right i am stopping now, and never looked back.

I quite when I was 25 about 4ish years ago, havent had a ciggie since I was on about 15 - 20 a day, have the occational cigar on spesh days, like NYE and Birthdaybut other than that,
I can now chew gum like a pro and I put on about 5 stone but other than that I am glad I quit |

dont do gum ever since it pulled one of my fillings out...i have a phobia (?) of gum now... |
