last night, written off.

He was on the road approaching a a T junction and a guy was sittign there decided to go hesitated then decided to go anyway so Alan went straight into the side of him.

I am going up to the yard with him later to take stuff out the car. I'll get pics I ain't seen it yet but Alans legs are cut and the roofs kinked.

So its no to good.

just fitted new turbo as well.....oh god...poor chap.

pass my good wishes onto him...is he in hospital or back home?

nah hes back home, we are going up this morning to get the turbo and whatever else off it that we can I think. he cannae get the salvage rights.

The other arsehole however did blame alan and is away to hospital etc, but th etraffic cops say he was wrong and it wasn't alans fault.

I told alan get up the hospital and scream whiplash etc etc just like that other guy is doing.

I mind the mark from the seatbelt when I stacked the energy wasn't to bad but my inside were sore for a fair few days.

When stu smashed the 820 he never had a belt on so he had a big steering wheel bruise on his chest.

once i was driving along this road and this old couple just started pulling out in frt of me!!! i couldnt believe my eyes, thinking they must have seen me, so last mintue i have to slam on and mount the kreb to avoid smashin into their car! i jump out sayin what the hell are you doin pullin out in frt of me...and he starts shouting at me!!! what the hell do you think ur doin u crzy mofo!!!(not quite those words but that effect)

i was like WTF!!!!!!! what do u mean what am i doin?!?!?!?!! im fuckin avoiding you cos u pulled out in frt of me......moan moan moan like the old bastard he was....i think i got off to a bad start by yellin as soon as i jumped out the car...

well crap like that is what has made me a regular court appearer.

Its ok for them to damage your car and try to kill you but 1 punch or even 'acting in a threatening' manner is enough to give you lots of grief.

I do now however have a usefull insight into law.

I tried phoning alan but hes no up yet despite telling me to call early.

He went to hospital last night and he has whiplash and is sore etc buthes walking and alive which is good.

THATS NOT FUNNY seeing my hoist broke, whilst I had the engine in mid air Rolling Eyes

Glad he's (reasonably) ok at least - shame about the car.

There are so many muppets out there who shouldn't be on the roads - my dad's had 2 accidents in the last 4 months that weren't his fault, 2nd one his car was written off while he was stationary at a junction by some ned with no insurance doing 50 in a 30 zone - fortunatley there were loads of witnesses so the bastard got done good and proper Smile

Make sure you get the bastards for every penny they've got Evil or Very Mad

wankers driving right up ma arse is one of my biggest hates, the estate where i live they do it all the bloody time, iv taken to slowing right down to 1st gear and just crawling when they do it Twisted Evil

Once had a drunk driver plough into the rear of my 1st car (XR3) when i slowed down for a junction, he then had the cheek to blame me ..... Shocked

then moaned his tits off when he got the repair bill estimate.
