Are they cheap, or expensive near you?
Theres one near me with a few R19's in and a R19 16v exec which I've been robbing for bits. Went in and filled my pockets full of relays / switches etc and then declared one relay in my hand - for £1! Good job I didn't tell him i had another 15 items stashed!
My mate got some brand new HT leads - cost him a tenner - they were mint though.
I remember seeing some scabby PH2 alloys without caps when I was out there once, they wanted a ton! Fook that! |

There's a bronze Phase 1 GTS in my local scrappies that I've had a fair few bits off when mine was broken into - I had the steering column, steering wheel, rear light cluster, steering shroud, ignition barrel and key and front bumper off of it. Doubt any more than £50 has changed hands for all that. |

The yards round here are cack tbh, i couldnt find a single 19 let alone a 16v when i needed a new sunroof glass.
The scrappy man who came to take the shell last weekend ofered me another set of phase 2 alloys with "nearly new" tyres on for £50. |

the scrap yard just 3mins away from me is gone funny lately ,i used to go there get the bits i want of the cars myself and give them a few quid before
but they apparently changed the company policy (my ass) and they want you to tell them what part u want and they will get them for you.
i have been there the other day asked for a door handle and an aerial ,he wanted 15quid for the door handle (1pce) i said renault sells them for 13 brand new , and things gone rather agressive afterwards (thats after i started swearing in turkish)
had to make a real escape while being chased by 3 scrap yard people throwing spanners etc .
JB i owe you big time mate ,cheers for the door handle |
