iv got a nice looking steero which only has one prob, when i put in a cd it takes it in and the ejects it right away, anyone now what this might be.

everything can be fixed , the question is how?
did you try opening it ? you might be able to see whats causing it to spit the disc out if you open it up and operate at home |

what type of stereo is it?
What exactly does it do?
Does the cd go right in then eject or does it not go all the way in?
have you tried another cd?
Is it a copied cd or a retial? |

the cd goes all the way in the ejects after about a second or so, it does this with copied cds and original ones.
its a jvc KD-S653R faceoff. |

I think its time to open it.
Is the lense moving to scan it at all or is it making no noise like that at all?
you tried re-setting it? |

there is no motor noise and i cant reset it, there is not reset button. |

cd transport is knackered then or jammed by something.
if the lense can't move or the motor can't spin the disc it will eject it. It will also eject if the cd doesn't go in fully.
is it a new one or have you had it a whiel and its always done this or has it just started? |

well dissconenct it for a while then see what happens.
some will reset straight away others will stay tuned in etc for an hour or so. |

have you tried resetting the unit, there is normally some sort of button on the front or rear this used to help on my old Sony anyway |

You could have it repaired but you get a 4 x 50 watter for under a ton easily these days. |
