Hello !
My name's Denis, i'm french and Chet (on ebay lol) tell me about forum.
This is my car few month (last year) after buy it, and all modification was doing by last owner.
Don't care about day on picture, because my camera was not set at good time....
She was 42000km, all Devil exaust, 4/2/1 INOX downpipe.
I've installed modified ECU (Giwasa), BMC intake, and now i've 152.3cv, 4 KONI SPORT with eibach, 16" whell clio GrA MAGNESIUM, remove sticker, big front brake from R21 2L turbo 285mm (see how to put it on my web site www.r1916s.fr.st ), XRD Fastship info display, Oil t° indicator instead of the clock.
And now i want to mount a turbo with another engine.... |

Hello Denis, didn't realise you had joined!
Love the manifold, almost a shame to get rid of it and put a turbo in its place
I'll be posting your stuff in the afternoon |

Love the brake conversion! Take it the 21T are just single pots as well yes? Even still the greater surface has got to help things! |

21T's have the same calipers, you find some clios and 19's have girlings with turbo stamped on them, they are 21T calipers.
Why can I not see the brakes? |

HMM...WELL gsf supply 21 discs, but...21T ones are 5 stud....but just 2.0 ones are 4 stud...still 285 dia. so i guess its those. is a 2.0 21 called a TXI per chance?
also he must have used different calipers cos the pitch on the bracket of the mounting holes show 2 different pitches...so it cant be just a spacer to shift the existing caliper out...? |

Tu use R21 turbo calipers, u must put a spacer (no sure for the english word..sorry ) available HERE to make yourself.
I've used brake disk from R21 TXI because it only 4 holes (5 for r21 turbo....), orginal R21 turbo caliper, with original R21 turbo brake plaque (not sure of english word, sorry)
Another modification is possible to put 406 V6's caliper with Clio RS's brake disque. This is more expensive, but there's only 2 "slice" (rondelle is french) to put on binding's calipser (betwen caliper and pivot)
So i'lle do it in the futur... |
