I got a simpsons thing and shes got a Bratz one.

All exciting stuff. Laughing

Yea, I guess when your a mechanic for a living, doing it in your spare time isn't so appealing!

But if your bored of colouring in then what options do you have??

I'd have said you can always put the TV on but it's all crap at the mo.
You could always take amber for another walk in the hills if your not up for fixing cars or you can go down the pub.

well i need to go and pull the stereo out of the 19, as the people who broke in we can pretty much be certain that they'll be back to break into the workshop, and all the sheds with the quads etc in them.

Don't envy you mate!

I've had my cars broken into twice and my shed once both times I lost about £3000 of stereo equipment and when they did the shed the nicked 2 bikes. I was lucky though as I used to park my motorbike in there and TBH I think that’s what they were after!

Didn't sleep rite for months after as I used to stay up till 3-4 in the morning so the didn’t do my car again. Then I got a German Shepherd Dog and no fucker touches anything in my car or garden anymore!! (he's a bit possessive of the car, you see) Laughing

im welding up loads of self decence weapons, i.e numb chucks, chains with lumps of metal on the end, they touch the house and they aint walking out.

your not quite rite there roger.

Reasonable force is allowed, I.E hitting him with the closest object as he comes in or up the stairs, but if he turns his back to run away or you chase him down the street then kick his head in your breaking the law!

It's a shit, I know but were not that americanised yet where you can shoot him for walking into your house.

well Amber is not up for any walks as shes lazy.

I don't drink and tbh anywhere I go trouble seems to follow.

I cleaned up the rear caliper and swapped the pads on my chamade, never done the cable though, but it needs it!

I've just took the car doon the road for a test and from the grinding soung at the back I think I need new pads and judging from the state of the disc I think I may need some of them too!

Steering wheel has gone to the left too but I drive almost straight???? Weird!

It's never ending with this car!

lol PS rack has been the easiest job so far on this damn ph2 with the exception of fitting a new clutch pedal.

Nuts off the trackrod ends, pull the rubber boot back and undo the pinch bolt that secures the column UJ to the rack stub, undo the two hydralic pipes that sit next to the main feeds, undo the feeds and then its the 4 securing bolts, quick bash with the hammer to free the column UJ from the rack stub and it drops off, pull it out from the drivers side wheel arch, much easier to do with the downpipe off Smile

i put the other one on by reversing the process, not bleed the ps fluid yet thou, need the engine running to do that.
