well as we all knwo I now have the head off AGAIN. Its blown between 1/2. Also the rubber sealign ring has appeared to have all but rotten away!
The gasket done about 5k miles and is a few months old!
Ok the head was a bit bent but I would expect better than that! |

there was a definate big endish knocking.
The gaskets gone and its glued itself to the head, the ren gasket wehich done over 100k and 8 years service cam eoff fine, the one I stuck on a few months ago is beign scraped off as we speak.
The pistons, I can waggle them freely in the bores. |

work I don't need.
I have peopel askign for headwoork all over the place and I can;t do any at the moment due to the laguna then I need to do the meganes head gasket etc! |

stock the CR's 9.8:1, that much will take it over 10:1, dunno how much cannae be arsed working it out.
Still high CR is good for low throttle response, economy and peak power. Hell I might even port the exhaust side! |

nah not being scrapped but I did smash in the headlight and throw the trolley jack which smashed the white chamades rear window and dented the c pillar. |
