18 yr old kid in house nearby has got a red L reg 1.1 Corsa, obviously very proud of it as has put in blacked out rear windows, big loud exhaust and stereo/bass kit, drives along in a 30 mph zone at about 50 mph where there's a couple of blind bends.....twat.
Sits outside our house revving the engine and blaring stereo whilst stationery. Has got the nerve to laugh with his mates at my mint 19 16v Chammy also parked out the front or in driveway.
Needs to be taught a lesson!!! |

By the way he's driving. 50mph round blind bends, sounds like that will happen sooner rather than later! |

Sometimes at work it sounds like the building is being buzzed by a spitfire or something, so I look out the window and its actually a 1.2 corsa driving past. |

Get his reg and report him to the police for speeding. I did that but so far I don't think the police have done anything about it, must get on to them again! The road I live on is boy racer heaven, no speed bumps (and I don't want any) long straight road, pisses me right off! We had 3 cats squashed in the space of 1 week! I just wish people would stick to the speed limit in built up areas! |

Whenever me & my mates are walkin through town and we hear a rumble coming in the distance (mixture of bass boomin & massive exhaust etc), we place bets as to wether it's gonna be a corsa, saxo, or fiesta lol. It's usually one of the three!
It makes me laugh tho, and I do actually really wonder about it sometimes. Like buy a shit car, stick loadsa bits on it so it looks even shitter, put a huggee exhaust pipe on the back that makes it sound completely hillarious, waste money on putting a 'sound system' in it, and then drive through town with your windows (which are probably blacked out) down and playing the music as loud as you can. I mean.......how many people actually look at these guys driving past and think "wow, now he is COOL, I've got some respect for him".........umm.......about ZERO!! But that must be what they think if they do it!
Dear oh frikkin dear! |

I want to know what insurance company these 17 year old knob heads use. I phoned up Churchill to let them know of my Phase 2 alloys and leather interior and they said that 'cos it's now modified they won't insure me as I was under 25 (I'm 24)
After a few sturn words with the supervisor, pointing out my 4 years No claims and asking how a optional (when the car was ordered new) interior can be classed as a modification, he decided they could continue to insure me
If those silly things are 'modifications' what do the insurnace companies class a fuck off great zorst and 19" rims as? |

Makes me laugh how stupid some people really are. One of my mates has been adamant for weeks that his "fast" little suzuki baleno can beat the 19 (errrr....NO) it's a little 1.6 16v and he rekons it's gonna eat me alive.
So there I am with 4 ppl inc me in the car and bear in mind one of the girls is like 16-17st . (The left hand side of the car was quite low...lol). We absolutely caned him, took it up to about 80 so not really gunning it but 65-70 in second and we left him behind. TBH tho I wasn't expecting to be that much faster cos of the xtra 3 ppl but we timed our 0-60's after with just drivers and the Baleno does it in 9.8-10.5 compared to 7.2-7.7 in the 19.
Great fun to do stuff like that on the odd occasion but we try and be sensible about it. Whereas a week ago some kiddie in a 1.25 fiesta with 17's on flies down some country road near me where (and I shit you not) anyone with any sense drives at 50 tops (can go faster but narrow and lots of blind bends) surprise surpise he sideswipes another car and manages to roll it. (TWAT) |

A 1.25 fiesta on 17's lol must be so fast
I have a larger exhaust but it's not a 5" big bore thing that hangs at a some silly angle and sounds like a wet fart.
The main reason for getting it was my renault back box was nackered and rusted to bits and I wanted something that looked nice and that had a little more volume, but not silly.
It's only 2" and sits in a much better position than my Renault back box ever did.
Judge for yourselfs....

It really is one of my pet hates to see a car with a small engine that has anything like bigger wheels on. What is the point of making a slow, shit handling car any slower and shitter handling! Having said that I'm very much a wolf in sheeps clothing kinda guy when it comes to cars so I don't often go for wheels etc. (Although I have seen a nice set or two for the 19 I don't wanna screw up performance or handling)
BTW like the tail pipe. Looks really smart, y'know like it's part of the cars design rather than an aftermarket. And I do like the look of ur alloys even if I don't agree with the "performance" aspect of it.
(At sounding like my Grandad) |

spotted a white ford puma today in Benfleet with twin oval zorts out from the centre at the back, must have been homemade each was about 10inches wide, it also had blacked out windows, homemade jobbie too as they were taped round the back window with electrical tape. didn't have my camera phone with me so next time I see it I will snap it with my phone |

Bear in mind that is just my opinion and I'm a bit crap at explainin things. I just meant in my opinion that's what I'd rather spend my money on but every1 to their own and all that. Also I did try and backtrack a bit on the old comment cos I really don't want to offend anyone. (FINDING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO DIG UP HERE) |
