R93486 WATER TEMPERATURE SENSOR MOST RENAULT INJ MODELS 17.50
R93490 WATER TEMPERATURE SENSOR ALL RENAULT (BLACK,ROUND,1 TERMINAL) 7.50
Right, which CTS is the one I need? GSF website is, as usual being as vague in description as a typical Alzheimers' patient. |

It has a two prong connector going to it and mine was £14 from a local motorfactors so I'd suggest the top one. |

Poor you.
What do you need a picture of it for? You know what it looks like. |

Uh huh, but he can be told it's a white square plugged thing, he's an intelligent man, I'm sure he can visualise what that looks like.
You just wanted to whinge because you had to delete your huge stash of pictures. |

Well Renault Parts and nearest GSF are about same distance apart..... just an inquiry.
Anyway, went to GSF and got the right bit (I think) as Neal describes, white square-plugged two-pinned jobby. £11.15 with the VAT.
Plugs into the thermostat yeah? |

Ah right yes I did!
Anyway it's the wrong one, wrong colour, wrong shape and even the two pins are in the wrong orientation!
New one I have is white, square with the pins in a - - configuration.
One on the engine is brown, oval with the pins in a = configuration.
Arse. |

right, the brown one is on the top of the stat housing, directly inline with it, on the side, is the white one. |
