Yea but alan is tiny!
I still dont think he's 16 stone, he'd be thicker set if he was.
I used to bench 130Kg which is 286Lb. I never tried any more than that, tbh it was heavy enough without someone spotting for you.lol |

I've always been a lanky skinny fecker and I used to do a lot of cross country running etc. so i was under 12 stone and about a 32 inch waist.
I stopped the running a couple of years back but I still cycle a lot and use free weights a few times a week. Now about 34" waist and just over 14.5 stone. None of it is fat though!
Chris was the first person I have met to correctly guess my weight, everyone usually says I'm 12 stone or something, which is frankly ridiculous. |

Chris (being me) is highly adept at looking at someone, guessing bone density, breeding capability, mass, illness etc.
So there was no surprise to me when I guessed accurately Neal weight! lol
Your pretty healthy neal, the weights fine.
Dan on the other hand, he needs pegged down iif theres a breeze! |

Muscle is denser than fat so you probably lost weight when the muscle turns to fat.
I'm a lot fatter in the belly, boobies and thighs as i haven't cycled or gone to the gym regularly since before Christmas |

This time last year I weighed 12 stone. Now weight 14.7 stone.
Trying to put more weight on and need to join the gym.
I'm sure Dan can vouch for me being a lanky fecker. |
