The guy fed me an interesting story about how it was on eBay before and a guy approached him who was selling an Astra GTE and persuaded him to swap the it for the Renault 19 and £50 on the basis the R19 would be easier to sell - which beggs the question why didn't he just sell the R19 and buy the GTE in the first place. Very strange goings on. Anyway.
Has anyone notice the large number of MOT failures due to sillrot on eBay? This was virtually unheard of 3/4 years ago, it seems its really come to a head now - those sideskirts are a timebomb for these cars. |

my blue one is on 68k and its perfect seat wise as well apart from a slash on the side of th eseat which is a bugger its at a perfect 90 degree angle and pretty small |
