Possibly his best book ever - read it over a year ago and then tried the other offerings. It is very believable but seeing as you've not finished it i'll not discuss loop holes and issues yet.... just hope the film is worthy.
'Angels & Demons' is another good one if you like the religious aspects of the mystery but the others aren't up to much unless it's time you're looking to kill. |

Films rarely live up to the books.
My example The Firm...utter shite film...brilliant book.
Read the book first, then watched the film...they basically left all the bits out that made the book so good and replaced them with shite! why?? |

you think who ever was making the film tho, would have read the book and perhaps thought....
"hmm this film we are making is pretty shit compared to the book....ah well" |

I think the problem is if everything in the book was scripted into the film, it would be a bloody long film, So I think they just try to skim over certain areas,
It will appeal to someone who has not read the book I suppose, I still want to see it, but I am not holding up much hope for an exact book copy, but you can only visualize in a book what is happening, tis deifferent when you see it on the screen |

its a good book but remember its only a work of fiction, but then the bible is only a book of stories as well. |

but in some films they dont just skim over details, they sometimes replace them with totally different shite...ie The Firm. |

The critics do, but on Virgin radio they interviewed the peeps that went to see the film at midnight, and they are all raving about it!
Each to their own I suppose, I will reserve judgement till I see it myself |
