aye cheap downpipe that

anyway dissconnect the lamba sensor so it will be ignored then you can run it without the sensors input.

Cheers criss for the piece of mind,.....am i right in thinking that the car will run rich or will the computer ignor the signals?

tried the dremal tonight ...the friggin disc's r to small to cut the nut,dosnt help doin it in the dark though,must order engine mount Camberly auto factors have got them £15.75 inc and the gearbox one is £38.70, the last one sounds a bit pricey though

i got my rear mount from eurocarparts... think it was a fair chunk cheaper than £38.70.

same as the megane too

try and get the little angle grinder style disks for the dremel...the ones like rusty metal diska are useless...the grinder style ones are awesoem...b&q have their own make.

I'll see if i get time tomorrow whilst dashing around the s.east ,and pick some up,i think i'll get some ramps aswell because its hard to work under the car when its parked on a 40 degree angle,then i can cut the f****rs off from underneath Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

Right, decat is on. Did any of you put the heatshielding off the top of the cat back on?

Nope,the old ph1 had no cat [lucky me] not too sure about the front flange connection seems to be blowing a bit .
pick up engine mounts tomorrow and new boot lock,taking car to mates garage next sat to fit mounts[up on ramp] might fit new down pipe[if i win] and mounts.
cant drive to much at moment cause engine is moving to much and i can here the strain on the downpipe moving the rest of the system. seems to run ok with the lambada disconected though.

Oh i've ordered some brembo"max" disc's and pads so they will be going on to,cant grummble at £28 per disc will post with pics next wk

theres still heatshielding around your CAT?

Leave it off.

Heatshielding on the shell is more than enough.
