When I was 19 with my R19 16v with 2 years NCB I was paying £590 TPFT.
Now I'm 20 and 3yrs NCB on my Cordoba (grp 15, same as valver) I'm payin £480 TPFT.

bikes are normally cheaper.
They tend to not be used everyday, when they do crash the damage is less etc. |

Indeed!
Put it this way, there are alot less personal injury claims than for cars...
I think the Clio 16V was around a grand which is way too much for what performance it offers.
Bikes are alot cheaper to insure, I think I can now insure an R1 (170 mph ish) which is in one of the top insurance groups for around £700 TPO.
I was paying more than that at 21 for the Monster! |
