Chris has a point there. Pay £650 for the car. £75 for a flight to glasgow and £75 for petrol back to Devon. Sorted! |

Buy 16v or keep 1.4 I can't make up my fooking mind ARGH
Ok, it's between Chris H's and Neal's. I think Neal's is more likely to sell first (most likely not to me).
Chris - sorry to be a pain, but I have 56k. Can you stick up a few pics of the car and also some of the main things you've done to it? I'd look at the prog reports, but it takes ages to load and I get pissed off with it.
Also could you PM me what you want for it?
Thanks |

Well I have looked at the whole prog report (though it took some time).
Did you manage to sort out that rear arch? |

Well I will have to wait till Jan, you might sell/keep it so you never know, but I will say (as with neal's) I am interested.
That's all for now. Cheers all |

If you want one that badly then no distance is (within reason) too far for the right car.
I've been up to Chris's three times this year. I know you're in Devon Ben but Dan picked me up on the way to BSM and it took what 8 hours with breaks? At the end of the day the money you'll save by having one of Chris's cars will more than pay for the fuel there and back! The only sacrifice you need to make is 2 days of your life! |

Very true, I bought my last 3 cars from york, thats a 440 mile round trip.
Waiting and getting Chris H's would make the most sense, we all know whats been done to it and its at least on paper less likely to go wrong. |

Oh FFS schakal your constant bleating about phase2/449blue/hatches is starting to grate . It’s not like you specifically went out looking for a grey phase 1 chamade, turning down loads of other valvers along the way until you found one is it. It just so happened that the first one you came across cheap was a grey p1 chamade, well whoop de fucking do for you, are you seriously saying if it had been a 449 blue one, a phase 2 or a hatch you found cheap you would have turned it down?.
Maybe they made loads of 449 blue ones because it’s a very nice colour that suits the car well and sold well because everyone likes it? (apart from you) |
