just weighed the manifolds I had lying around.
exhaust 8kg's inlet 4.5 kg's. A wee bit heavy.
Need to weigh the TB manifold. |

yep, just the right head and block matching up.
rings are about 100 quid a set, about 140 quid from renault. |

heres that engines starter stripped
note the very short brushes, thats one of th ereasons it was a slow cranker methinks.

So if i used the PH2 Engines crank, and rods, but the Ph1's block, head and pistons it would still be a fast engine?as the 1st engine that was in it used to pull like a train! |

not neccesarily mate, the ph2 crank might have a shorter throw on the low end of the tolerence etc.
All you can do is measure and machine to suit!
Takes a lot of time and effort to get it bang on! |
