The McDonalds in Bradbury Place in Belfast closed after customer died as a result of a shock recieved when they were drying their hands in the dryer!
The rest - the food got them... |

So what does your normal diet consist of then chris? seems pretty hard to avoid eating shit in general day to day living, even sandwiches from shops use cheap processed meat, with stabilisers and preservatives, etc. |

well as of last week ambers gone so I now eat real food. All she did was eat shite soI ate shite.
maccied's, burger kings etc at least 3 times a week with her! She also ate her own weight in crisps!
I have to say since I have started eating decent stuff I have clamed down, nowhere near as tired etc etc
Also started exercising again which is helping to.
But yeah it is hard to avoid and making everything is an arse! |

i have started going to the gym since new year, and i changed my diet to suit. I eat nothing but rice pasta, proper chicken, tuna, potatoes, eggs etc etc....and have stopped eating crap like i used to...
used to have a fry up almost every day and chips for lunch...oven cooked food for tea....and lived of tea and biscuits.
i feel 200% better for it...just from the diet change i reckon...i feel more full of energy, my 'insides' are much happier...it is amazing the effect food has on your overall living.
cant resist a chinese now and again tho ....whatever MSG is neal, i agree...have always said, half a plate of chinese and i am stuffed and feeling sick...but half hour later am hungry again!
Ben....just buy good food...it is available! |

MSG = Monosodium Glutamate. It's a flavouring but it also tricks your stomach into feeling full. So at chinese buffets they put loads of it in the food to make it taste good but so that you don't eat too much of their profits. Swines! |

Pizza Hut is my favourite, cant get enough of their pizza's. Mind you, when I worked there I got them free and was sick of the site of them but since I left, they appeal to me again.
Wimpy is good too but the rest of them are minging. Dont mind a plain old cheese sarnie from Subway.
