At my peak weight I weighed 18st and had a 38" waist, since moving back from Uni and going to the gym twice a week my weight is 16st and I've just dropped a jeans size to 36", and I reckon if I breathe in hard enough I could get a pair of 34's on, which I haven't been able to do since primary school! |

my weight varies from 11.5-12ish stone most of the time....over the last few years at least. when i was 17-18 and boxing competativley, i was consistantly 10.5 stone. im 5'11" btw
im planning on training/boxing properly again soon. dont want to loose weight, just get more definition and maybe a bit more muscle mass. |
