surely with 34mm+ valves you'd be getting mega close to the sparkplug ? theres hardly 2mm meat between inlet valve and plug thread anyways

aye but thats not a problem.
You shoudl see some A series, heads, the exhaust valves when they grow can rub the inlets. |

Basically yes, but on some configs you need to hand cut the lead in and chamber side of the insert and only have a veery very small seat width. |
