Heaters.
They come on with the rear hatch demister.
One of the mirrors was broken. (well they had wide angle mirrors stuck on them and the original glass was broken under).
I managed to peel the resister off the back of the glass and glue it back onto a standard replacement glass.
Drove the car today with the rear demister on, the mirrors were warm as well.
Old manuel mirrors did not have the heaters. |

my leccy mirrors dont have heaters, either that or they dont work, i dont seem to remember having heaters on any of my valvers leccy mirrors . .
gonna have to investigate now lol |

never had a prob with the temp sensors in the mirror, mine have always worked |

nearly 80 quid for the temp sensor in the mirror.
all leccy mirrors are heated.
99% of them have broken off spades on the heating element. |

But nothing to hook it up to; LOL |

Every thing is digital these days, good old analog. (but you do have to press the trip reset 10 times before it work's).

Find the mirror switch tends to get the old Citizen Hyper Aqualand diving watch (Digital) stuck into the door handle rubber.
