renault cable has the blue liner in the outer cabelk for the inner to slide along.
Also the weight is clamp on effort.

14 pound is a bargin renault ive brought it for 24 but next time i went it was 40 well strange one from halfords and at's isa part co effort and its completly blue ok if you into blue colour coding your bay |
