You've bid on it, but you haven't bid £70 which is the reserve as stated in the auction so what's the point of bidding at all?
Just phone the bloke and offer him £70/£80 to collect asap he'll probably accept it as it didn't sell last time around. |

i went to see it today, it runs sweet as a nut, better than mine as it happens, he seemed an honest chap, drove well too, steering a little heavy, think the PS may have packed up, but might be ideal for my needs..... |
