i cant do breakfast...most i manage is a cup of tea and a few biscuits before work....but by 930 im starving...then i eat.

i work in swansea uni (dont work for the uni, the company i work for rents an offic here) so we go to the uni canteen (birds everywhere:P) this week they have been serving turkey roast dinners so i have ad a roast dinner every day which is lush!

then i just generally eat crap throughout the night.

im quite unhealthy really...but i do walk to work most of the time now.

lidls is good , i realised that once more the other day after buying some crap from waitrose and paid 3 times more than i would pay in lidls ,daylight robbery .

3 margerita pizzas in a box 1.49 or smth in lidls ,just add a little bit of grated cheese on top in the middle of cooking ,you have a proper pizza for just about 70p (including the cost of grated cheese and the labour that goes into grating it)

discovered something even nicer today ,chuck one of those pizzas in the oven gas mark 5 or 6 on top shelf Smile

take it out after 7-8 mins and break 2 eggs on top evenly . put the pizza back in the oven drop it to gasmark 4 and leave it for another 6-7 mins .take it out the oven and spread some grated cheese on top and put it in oven again for 3-4 mins gas mark 5 . ready to serve now ,taking photos of the pizza is optional before serving .
dont forget to turn the oven off like i do .

wow thats a different approach....cant say it takes my fancy but hey ill defo try it....maybe for brekkie tomoz......hmmm
