you did it a bit of an arseache way tbh.
When I did mine I cut the diamond section out leaving the bottom part in place to keep the grille as 1 part, then taped a bit of waxed up flexible plastic onto the outside surface across the gap, following the curve. Then I just layed up fibreglass onto it on the inside. When it was cured, just pulled off the waxed plastic and there was MINIMAL shaping to be done, just surface prep for paint really. |

ah i did that neal then it snapped into four pieces so i rebuilt it inside then out it on car just to be sure, plus it was my 1st atempt at any bodyfiller work think i did alright |

this one isnt the best as you know ben as it broke badly and i had to rebuild from scratch is ok though gonna make some more and sell on ebay |
