i was thinking today. Is it possible to fit a turbo, maybe off an R5 to an E7J engine? if so how hard would it be and how much work would need to go into it? |

yes it is.
What you need, turbo, make a new exhaust manifold, custom downpipe, splice in oil and coolant feeds, programmable ECU, uprated fuel pump, decent rising rate regulator that will adjust for positve pressure, 2 BAR MAP sensor, intercooler and induction pipework.
Someone else to do the work, a grand maybe a few weeks, yourself, well you'll never do it as no one does when they realise what needs to be done. |

not as bad as i thought really. would it be worthwhile doing it? i would have thought it would be quite reliable as energy engines are quite strong. |
