metal ring, a.k.a a washer.

The one I got came with a crappy pressed steel washer, the original has a copper washer. Either re-use the old one which is what i'd do, or go to halfords and buy a new un for a few pence.

will sort it out from hallfords cheers ,
i know what the old one looks like cause i frekin snapped it while trying to put back in,it was well old though and kept using it by securing with a piece of metal wire in to its place (no water leak at all) \obviously the new one will make a good change with running and the revs .wil see tomorrow.

changed the CTS at last 2day ,the old one was snapped when i was messing with it to get out about 2 months ago and i was driving the car with that attached to its hole with a wire .
i lost nothing more than a glass of water while swapping the CTS ,will drive it to cardiff tonight for the first time after its fitted . going to the pictures to see the grudge by the way ,mrs is shitting herself after seeing the trailer on intnet ,i hope its some classy horror that can scare me too, nothing shocks a lot these days .
well here is the offensive CTS arrested in 2 pieces after the operation.
