mine is holed at the bottom but no cosmetic crap like that, ph1's either perfect or proper rust!
The thing is some 19's got better sealant coverage that otheres in the back arches, so some never rot whilst others go like that.
If you hose the area out often that helps prevent it. |

think i may at some point put mine in and get it all done. i know someone with a reasonably priced body shop...arches and sills. |
