here we go one of my thousand ''whats this'' questions again . jonnyboy told me earlier it was something to do with oil temp or pressure . i wonder how it works if amybody knows pls . |

thats the oil level sender.
oil pressure light senders to the left of the filter. |

yes its the oil gauge, the one that goes up when you turn the ignition on, beside the rev counter. |

righty , i thoguht that was the oil pressure .as it came up once the ign. is on but neddle goes right down while the engine is running |

thats cos it tells you the level then returns to being dormant, its a lazy needle. |
