no its £29.99 but you have a £20 surcharge which means you need to pay 50 quid go away fit new one come back with the old one and get your £20+ VAT back. |

reading their small print you only get your 20 surcharge back if they deem your returned part serviceable.....as if they are ever gunna do that! esp after i bashed it with a hammer. |

I have never had a problem.
If its the drivers side one stick it back in its gaiter etc and they won't know. I find making it very oily and greasy means they just lok and don't inspect it. |

erm...cut the gaitor off....cant get the tripod off....hit with hammer...not sure about its usefulness anymore.
shame as it was perfect...in fact in retrospect i could have got away without removing the gaitor....sigh...live and learn....
still it needed an out gaitor too...new gaiters (if u have to go to renault) are about 30quid...so may as well just get a whole new shaft for 40-50.... |

I always go for new shafts, they are just as cheap inthe long term really.
Now if you weren'y miles away I woudl give you a 1.4 shaft you could have used for a surcharge swap. |

should do it in an hour and a half mate, maybe 2 depending on traffic.
Also thats nay distance! Ben and I drove from leeds to kings lynn to london back to leeds then I drove back to glasgow. All in 1 fun filled day. |

You missed out me nearly flipping it on its side round a corner going to Richards, Bens bad parkign at Pauls where it nearly went into a ditch and so on. |
