Normally I am a Dr. Oetker Mozarella Ristorante man (highly recommended) but Iceland were sold out (I can understand why) when I was last there and these were on offer so thought i'd give them a try.
Now, the packaging proudly proclaims amongst other things "Fresh Taste Sensation" and "Restaurant Quality". I don't know about you, but if I went to a restaurant (Pizza Hut or Deep Pan, perhaps), and they brought me this sorry specimen, I would have words. I suppose in their defense they would say that they didn't call it a 'meat feast', but a 'meat trio', however I do not expect this to mean that the thing should have 3 pieces of meat on it
That's after my modding activities with Tesco medium cheddar and Tesco smoked ham.
I think this may require a letter to the manufacturers, in the vein of 'The Great Tayto Spicy Bikers Debacle' of 2004. I could probably even calculate the exact monetary cost of putting a decent amount of meat and cheese on the thing. . |
