Here is a R19 16v as sold on ebay for £150, it has no tax/mot, no service history and 123,000:

Except the guy who bought it has re-listed it on ebay, same car except it now has 88k!

I e-mailed the previous keeper, he said:
"the car deffinately had 123,000 miles on it and it also had no service history. it also had only one MOT certificate with the vehicle. it says in the add that the TAX ran out in january this year but it ran out in april 2004, the MOT also ran out around this time. there is no ABS either, hope this helps, regards, dave"
The current guy says:
""i have a folder with loads of service history such as old MOT's, but is lieng about somewhere i will dig it out for the winning bidder" - obviously he'll never find them cos they don't exist!

thats why i always find low milage a bit dodgy |

Its kind of distinctive int it. Would have thought you would at least change it for a red one so it wont spark people's memories if youre going to try something dodgy. |
